1. Timeframe: Returns and refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the item. (During the discounts period exchanges might be not allowed)
2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
3. Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
